The CURT SecureLatch lunette ring offers maximum versatility and enhanced security. With an integrated locking pin, it helps prevent theft and coupling when your trailer is unattended, and can be secured with a padlock. The pin can also be easily turned 90 degrees for easy hitching of your trailer. This versatile lunette ring also features maximum height adjustment with an offset base, allowing for increased drop or rise as needed. The SecureLatch lunette ring is designed to fit an 11-3/4-inch x 3-inch inside width channel (sold separately) and has a two-hole bolt pattern. The lunette ring itself has a 3-inch inside diameter and is capable of coupling to a pintle hook or ball and pintle combination, with a maximum gross trailer weight rating of 25,000 pounds. Made from cast iron, it provides exceptional strength and is finished with a dark grey teridium powder coat for resistance to the elements. The built-in security pin offers theft resistance, covering the ring opening when not in use and allowing for padlock use. The offset base provides maximum height adjustment, ensuring level towing. With a standard 3-inch inside diameter, it accepts most standard pintle hooks, ball pintle hitches, and clevis bars. The lunette ring clevis eye is rated for 25,000 pounds gross trailer weight and is constructed from cast iron for dependable strength.
